Brother Nature started out on trumpet, but came out most solidly as a rapper. Collaborating with folks around the country, he said it was all about "setting sails" towards success.

Tired, exhausted even, Brother Nature came on the pod even though he was double booked and said it was a good time. Detailing his origins, explaining the nickname "Matthew Lobster" and generally giving off a good vibe, Brother Nature made this episode something to write home about.

These two collaborative rappers  invited us to Evolution Studios in Cheektowaga to have a talk, promote their next show, and listen to some live free-style.

Caitlin Steitzer is the founder of Good Practice Therapy and, in another life, was a social worker living in New York City during the pandemic.

After visiting the City of Good Neighbors, she and her partner moved here with the heavy conviction that it was "not just the mushrooms" and they really liked it in Buffalo.
