Bob Kendrick, president of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum joins the show to discuss Jackie Robinson and his relationship with his first major league team, the Kansas City Monarchs. Kendrick also talks about how Jackie came to be the first and who almost beat him to it, the museum itself and how important of a piece of American history it is.
