In this episode of the Bodies by Brent Podcast we dive into the world of intimacy therapy with Kat. She has worked around the country as an occupational therapist in hospitals and before transitioning into her role as an intimacy therapist. Her work with intimacy can help heal these deep-rooted issues.
She shares with us proven ways to be more intimate with our partners and how we can accomplish this with simple questions like “What are you going through that I can’t see?”

That Sex Chick, Alexa returns to the Bodies by Brent Podcast after her recent trip to Peru, hiking the Inca trail, visiting Machu Pichu, and taking San Pedro in a plant ceremony.
The last time she was on the podcast, she set the intention of “wanting to go viral on TikTok” and one of our previous clips did go viral, just not on her TikTok. This made her realize how important being direct with our manifestations is.
Alexa made time for us before her women's group, which is much more than just a group of friends. With no longer living in their hometown, the support network of family and community is often hard to come by, but we get to see an inside look at how to create your own community of support filled with love.
Alexa then answers questions she often faces as a sex coach and how it pertains to a healthy relationship. The biggest takeaway? Communication is key.
Check out her newest venture, Sex Coach Prep School if you’re looking to get the most out of your sex life and relationships.
