That Sex Chick, Alexa returns to the Bodies by Brent Podcast after her recent trip to Peru, hiking the Inca trail, visiting Machu Pichu, and taking San Pedro in a plant ceremony.

The last time she was on the podcast, she set the intention of “wanting to go viral on TikTok” and one of our previous clips did go viral, just not on her TikTok. This made her realize how important being direct with our manifestations is.

Alexa made time for us before her women's group, which is much more than just a group of friends. With no longer living in their hometown, the support network of family and community is often hard to come by, but we get to see an inside look at how to create your own community of support filled with love.
