This week CEO and founder of Ready Nest Counseling, Emily Pardy, joins Kat to talk all things body image and pregnancy! Ready Nest Counseling is a practice that specializes in working alongside clients in the life stages of conception, pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, infertility and loss. So much can come up around our bodies and how we view and perceive them as we move through some of these stages. Emily does a wonderful job in describing what is realistic to expect throughout the pregnancy process and how to show up for your unique experience as it unfolds (even if we don’t love how it’s unfolding!).
