According to sources, after being initially announced as out of the Olympia due to an illness, Brandon Curry has received clearance from doctors and will participate this weekend. Initially, it was stated that Brandon Curry would not be able to participate in the 2023 Olympia due to his illness. Bob Cicherillo announced his withdrawal at the onset of the Live Olympia Press Conference on Thursday afternoon. Brandon Curry was brought to the hospital for treatment related to his illness. Further information regarding his stay at the hospital is not yet released but will be provided once available. It is said that Brandon Curry will compete this weekend if his doctors approve. Cicherillo stated on Thursday that "he was unsure if he was going to be able to compete. It doesn't look like that will happen this year, but we wish Brandon a speedy recovery.
