In this episode we continue the conversation on ministry to the next generation. Building off of last week's conversation on cultural influences and the challenges they bring, we examine some of the observed positives about the next generation as a whole and their impact on ministry. We answer questions about who can lead the ordinances of baptism and communion, and wrap it up with a Mt. Rushmore of our 90's selves.
