On today's episode, I sat down in person with Boston real estate agent, Kim Douglas, who brings a wealth of knowledge into this conversation.  We met on IG and quickly bonded over our love of empowering women to become courageous in life! 

Kim shares her story of overcoming fear, pivoting from DJ to real estate, moving to Boston at age 50 and building her community, and how she has learned to give herself permission to press the GO button in her own life.  

We walk through her career path of starting out in the radio industry to then being a DJ in the clubs, to becoming a real estate agent and thriving!

Kim decided that feeling stuck was NOT an option for her.  She believes in taking chances on yourself and betting on yourself because life is short and you will never know if you don't step out in faith.  

We have both gone through some tough moments in our lives, but choosing courage over fear is the only way to grow forward.  We both agreed that it's never too late to start over because the re-start can sometimes be the BEST start!
