Hi friends, in today's episode I want to keep it real with you: I am facing a lot of highs and lows in life. 

I just came home from an epic solo trip to Greece where I came home ready to take action towards moving abroad. I was riding the high from that... and 3 days later found out my mom's health was on the rapid decline & that I needed to go home to Maryland immediately to help my family figure things out. 

& honestly this has left me questioning EVERYTHING in life & what they right thing to do is. 

So in today's episode we chat about: 

• How the human experience IS experiencing the highs and lows: and that's BEAUTIFUL!
• Normalizing holding both the highs and lows at the SAME time
• How experiencing both lows and highs at the same time is showing up EMOTIONALLY for me at this time

In October 2021, Melanie lost EVERYTHING in a fire, including her beloved cat Moby.
