Let’s get honest for a minute. There’s been a lot of pressure on working moms since the pandemic started and with continued school and daycare closures, we are at the end of our ropes. It’s been a real struggle with this constant feeling like we’re never getting out of this. That’s why this week I have a bonus episode with a special guest, Tara Gratto. Tara is a long-time educator and former preschool owner and she joined me to give some insight into how to cope as parents and how we can help our children cope in our changing world.
Tara Gratto M.S.Ed, MA, OCT is the founder of Raising Resilient Children. A long time educator and former preschool owner, she supports parents with practical tools for everyday parenting that develop life skills for mental well-being while fostering kindness. Through 1:1, a group parenting program and courses, Tara focuses on supporting parents with tools for today, tomorrow and life. As an educator she knows that success is a process and learning needs to accessible for busy parents, but understands that change take time and on-going support.
