It’s one thing to know WHAT you want to achieve, it’s another to ACTUALLY achieve it. 🤷‍♀️

You might already be overwhelmed because you immediately think of a thousand things you should do, but I’m here to calm you down.

In fact, it’s not about getting ALL the things done, it’s about getting the RIGHT things done! 🙌

You should always focus on working ON your business, a.k.a. the things that will move the needle and get you to your goals.

In other words: you have to define your 80/20! Which 20% of the things you do will get you 80% of your results?

Not easy, I know, so that’s why I have a great exercise for you that will help you determine your 80/20!

✅ Step 1: On the right, write down your biggest accomplishments from

the past year. DON'T do step 2 before you've done this! Focus on your accomplishments first.

✅ Step 2: On the left, write down all the things you do on a daily basis.

✅ Step 3: Now draw a line from the right to the left to identify the tasks

(or habits) that have helped you achieve the results on the right.

✅ Step 4: Circle the tasks/ habits that clearly stand out. These are the tasks or habits that have contributed most to your biggest achievements, which means you should spend more time on them.

These are your non-negotiables. Make them your priorities this year! 💪
