Over the past few days, we have set a lot of goals, defined new habits, etc. And then this question pops up: "But Amy, how do I make all of this happen? 🤯"
First of all, you'll have to accept that you WILL feel overwhelmed. You WILL feel like you’re dealing with an endless to-do list every single day.
And when this happens, I want you to be able to separate important tasks from less important tasks, so you keep on working on the things that will get you closer to your end goal. 🚀
Remember: it's not about doing all the things, it's about doing the right things.
✅ Step 1: Write down your big vision for your business in a mind map, using your big goals and subgoals.
✅ Step 2: Identify the goals you’ll be working on in the upcoming year.
✅ Step 3: Give these goals a spot in your timeline as ‘events’.
✅ Step 4: Revisit this mind map every day and make sure what you do is moving you closer to hitting these goals.
In other words: when you’re feeling overwhelmed, let your goals determine your to do’s!
