While we wait for Dead City S3, here's a repost of the Jeffrey Dean Morgan panel from Walker Stalker Con Atlanta 2016. This happened just a few days after S7E1 aired, so it was fresh in people's minds, and it was JDM's first convention appearance as Negan. One of my favorite panels ever.

JDM slips in and out of character, and quickly wins the crowd over. Let's see if he'll do the same for you :) We're also joined by Greg Nicotero, who directed the S7 premiere and gives a lot of great info on the thinking and logistics behind it.
