A lot of people don't realize that the Bette Davis/Joan Crawford horror classic was based on a novel, and neither did we! So we're comparing the two versions, and coming to a very startling conclusion:

They're both amazing!

This week on Book Club Shmook Club, we're reading the final chapter of Robert Bloch's Psycho trilogy: Psycho House!

It's been 30 years since Norman Bates was put away for his crimes. He's long dead, the motel was burned down, but now a new threat is growing in Fairvale.

Someone has rebuilt the Bates Motel! Not only that, a murder has been committed! Is someone attempting to follow in Norman's footsteps?

Shockingly there isn't much information about this book online. It appears it's been lost to time, but the Shmooks have found it, and who better to pass the final judgement on this odd entry in the Psycho franchise!?
