Hello Booked & Blessed Fam! On this week's episode, I give you my ideal pre-show ritual to give you ideas as to what you can include in your own! Take what you want, leave the rest - and if none of the things I do resonate with you, pick your own poison! 

One thing I also recommend doing while getting ready for a show is listening to a podcast! That would help me get my mind off things (like Devin with Call of Duty) and helped ease any pre-show jitters I had.
