Bookends With Friends

Episode 15 kicks off our new book for June, Adam Silvera's They Both Die At The End, and takes us through Part 1! On this week's episode we're thrown into survival mode as we try and figure out the best way to spend our death cast day and then the dumb things we would do after that. Episode 14 is the 2nd chapter of our FanFic series! In chapter 2 of FanFic we will be answering some listener and Parker submitted questions! On this week’s bonus episode we discuss the age-old dilemma of 2 kids or 2 money, the invention of Books 2 and what the even means, and Parker reveals a secret to Dan that just might be his favorite moment of the whole podcast ever. Episode 13 takes us through Part 4 of Paula McLain's When the Stars Go Dark! On this episode we discover that Brett is the only true detective and that Parker and Dan should just go ahead and hang up our trench coats now. We discuss our takeaways from the book as well as our ratings and then we get a very cool author's note from Paula herself! Thank you for  helping us solve this crime and we hope you enjoyed the journey! 

Episode 12 takes us through Ch. 40-53 of Paula McLain's When the Stars Go Dark! On this week’s episode the evidence starts to mount against one suspect in particular, Detective Dan makes all of the enemies by pointing the finger at the beloved Cricket, and a celebrity detective from a galaxy far far away fly's by to weigh in and also ruin Parker's voice for the night. Plus, if we were wrongdoer's, what would our calling cards be? Spoiler alert...Dan's is super cool, Parker's is really sweet, and Brett's is bone chilling. On this week’s episode we get a HUGE shoutout from our wonderful author/maybe new best friend(?!?), Dan sets a world recap record, and our top suspects battle it out to see who is most guilty. On this week’s finale episode we talk character growth and morality, professor Dan once again tests our basic reading comprehension, and we try our hand at some popcorn improv...with the kind of result you would expect.
