One of my most favorites, Bradeigh Godfrey, stopped but to discuss her latest thriller, The Followers. A deep look into the world of social media and to what extent is too far? Who really is watching? I loved this chat as we talked social media, writing, books and the inspiration for this book- its worth the listen! Also we discovered that Bradeigh may be the guest with the most visits to Books are Chic! 4-timers club!!!!

I loved welcoming back Lucy Clarke to Books are Chic! Her latest thriller, The Hike, is an atmospheric, eery story of a group of friends with secrets causing twists and chills. We talked her beach writing hut ( DREAM), her books to screen adaptations, travel and lots more. LOVE chatting with her and can't recommend this book enough!

Avery Carpenter Forrey's debut novel, Social Engagements was one of my faves of the summer. It is a literary cocktail with all the garnishes needed for a delectable summer read. I had the BEST time meeting and chatting with Avery about writing, motherhoo, her time at the Skimm and so much more. She felt like an old friend.
