“So Long Spanky” is the show rendition of dealing with death and grief, just using a one off pet character to soften the blow I suppose.  Although, in hindsight, for many folks death is still something hard to swallow and grief is hard to go through, whether it’s a dead pet, loss of a relative or a friend.  But remember, you don’t have to carry on the burden alone.  If you or someone you know is having suicidal thoughts the hotline is 1-800-273-8255

In “Buster’s New Friend” Buster is hanging out with someone other than Arthur.  Which wouldn’t be such a bad thing if their science project grade wasn’t on the line.

F;uffy Story Time Folks!  Well, unlike the Fluff Content I have done prior, the first episode I am covering is more of a rehash of how Arthur got his pet Pal.  Only written in a way where the audience is taught to just be true to their own stories.  Arthur wants to write how he got Pal but ends up writing a country song about space elephants....wonder which one is more interesting?  And with Arthur’s Lost Dog, maybe Pal isn’t as dumb as DW sets him out to be?

Definitely an episode geared toward the older siblings, today I discuss "Arthur's Baby/DW's Baby", where Arthur and DW give their own perspectives on how they took on one of baby Kate's first (and hopefully not last) meltdowns.  And though Arthur eventually warms up to Kate and DW just straight up wants to run away from home, they both realize that they are what Kate really needs.

It's Arthur's first and last birthday today!  Well, today I talk about Arthur's birthday episode I don't think it's his actual birthday.  However, it's also apparently the day that Muffy wants to celebrate her birthday...wonder how that's going to turn out?  I also talk about another Francine-centric episode where Francine actually catches a break in the school plays where she is the star of the show.

Today I look at why I think Arthur made a pretty good babysitter in "Arthur Babysits", while I also talk about two babysitters who stuck out the most for me in my childhood.  Then I talk about someone's "awakening" in "Arthur's Cousin Catastrophe"...nah, not really.  I do discuss the episode but also mention that I haven't really gone to a family reunion myself.  Closest thing were get-togethers that were fairly annual and I had fun most of the time.  Also, I have a discord now so I will be looking into that and see if you want to get mentioned for your favorite episode or character!

Let’s go to camp today, folks!  We discuss the camp episode that was usually prevalent in older cartoon series, “Arthur Goes to Camp”.  At first Arthur seems to not like camp very much until the annual scavenger hunt against Camp Horsewater.  And I also talk about a few experiences during my summers in elementary school.  With “Buster Makes the Grade”, we get another Buster-centric episode where Buster is on the verge of flunking.  Luckily he has some good friends to help tutor him, right---right?

I decided to do a three parter so then we can get back to doing Episodes 1a and 1b types again.  Because of Arthur’s elitist attitude towards his sister, DW, she begins to wonder if she acts more like him, that he would be more likely to play with her.  So she starts mimicking everything he does and likes, even down to the outfit in, “DW the Copycat”.  Then, in “Locked in the Library”, we not only find out about some of the good old days before technology--and before people did more thorough walkthroughs in establishments before actually closing so they don’t lock anyone in.  The third story I cover is one among my top ten favorite episodes: “Arthur Accused”, mainly because the story flowed so well.
