In the last word on the $3.5 trillion spending package that democrats are trying to ram through with reconciliation as a "budget" I'm not talking about it anymore. If you wonder why I used the quotation marks it's because it includes taxes, immigration, welfare programs and a host on non-budgetary items. It has been deemed the Trojan Horse bill and that is a great nickname for it. Those things should be handled separately and the democrats try to sneak it in so they can say that the Republicans want the country to default. Since they are so weak and feckless they quiver in their boots and just let it happen. In this case it is the absurd proposal from Biden to lower the IRS transaction reporting threshold from $10,000 to $600. What????! Of course to keep track of that haystack to look for the needle we will need 87,000 new IRS agents. This is absurdity on display when the bar should actually be raised to $50,000 due to inflation. In this episode Pete Moss, a Texan himself, discusses the flight of Texas democrat representatives from the state to Washington, D.C. to draw attention to themselves and fight against the inevitable passing of new voting regulations aimed at curbing voting irregularities and returning them back to pre-pandemic normalcy. The democrats will say they left and denied a quorum to the Texas legislature for the passing of this legislation in a special session called by Governor Greg Abbott. Ignoring the fact that the state’s voters have cast their ballots and sent a Republican majority, they say they are doing it for minority voters. Maybe they think those people are not able to vote in the required time, 3 weeks before election day or that they are too ignorant to acquire a picture ID. In this episode the hole in the workforce that is being left by retiring Boomers is discussed. Although many younger generations wish Boomers would just go away and die, companies who have them as employees are not prepared to lose them yet. In addition, it is being found that these same generations haven't got properly trained nor ambitious enough people that can replace or even succeed them.
