Nick Lambe wears many hats. He is originally a strength coach and personal training but also has viewed himself as a healthcare practitioner. He believes he has a responsibility to help as many facets of clients' lives as possible. This led him down the path to sleep coaching. In his coaching and experience, he didn't come across more of a missing link than sleep. Whether the goal was overall health, weight loss or improved performance, sleep was the linchpin and key to success.
