First of all conversational AI is here to stay. AI is getting better at everything. As the technology is maturing, we are able to, you know, create more and more powerful algorithms as we are collecting more data and understanding the world better.
The idea behind this is conversational AI is becoming so good that it is practically indistinguishable from a real human.
And even when you start talking to a chatbot, or an AI system, it is smart enough to know its own boundaries, so it can actually start to interact with the consumer, it can actually start to answer those questions.
And then at some point, if the consumer asks a question that the system the AI system is not able to answer, it is smart enough to seamlessly transfer it over to a human being.

Most companies are unaware of the power available to them today through the digital tools and frameworks available today.
Not only that, when some companies actually implement a data analytics program, they're not mature enough to leverage the insights and implement them in their business.
So this is called the Data maturity level.

When you are taking a pet with you on a plane — remember that you are doing something extraordinary. And only one person is responsible for your fantastic experience. Gayle created the soft-sided pet carrier category with her iconic SHERPA bag and led a successful business she built from the ground up for decades.
This a brilliant example of turning a passion into a new business. Gayle Martz invented the Sherpa bag for all modes of pet travel in 1989, forever changing the pet travel experience. She believes that your ideas are worthless unless they are implemented. Gayle had a rich-to-rag story because she was unemployed before starting her business.
Gayle is a well-known pet travel expert and the author of "No Pet Left Behind" and her latest, It’s In The Bag”. Her trailblazing efforts drew national media attention. CNN, MSNBC's The Big Idea With Donny Deutsch, Good Day New York, NBC's Today Show, Fox News Channel, Town, And Country magazine, and others told her compelling story. Gayle's reputation as a travel expert turned innovative entrepreneur grew, and she became a sought-after speaker and consultant.
She now advocates for a world that welcomes pets wherever their humans go, and she advises companies and government agencies on pet-friendly policies, just as she did when she first started with American Airlines.
Gayle meets with legislators and brand-name company leaders on a regular basis, as well as heads of airlines, hotels, resorts, restaurant owners, fashion icons, media gurus, and, of course, key influencers in the dog and cat world.

AI-generated art. Now today AI has become so powerful. It is generating art, it is generating text, it is even writing full books.
And this trend is going to continue. As AI becomes more powerful, it is going to start taking over repetitive tasks that humans have been assigned for centuries, not only the repetitive tasks, which are mundane tasks, but which take more creativity and more thinking, because AI algorithms are becoming powerful enough that they have that cognition power that humans possess.
So what is the impact of this, the impact is that a lot of the jobs in the future will be replaced by AI and the jobs that need more human empathy. They need higher levels of creativity. They need more high levels of empathy. These are the kinds of jobs that will be in demand in the coming future.

Co-founders are the support system, which can make or break your startup. I have so many stories of how co-founders came together and filled in the gaps for each other and supported each other in the startup journey. But I also have a lot of stories where the co-founders were not compatible. Their personalities did not match each other. And just like a bad divorce, it ended up in disaster.

As startup founders, one of the biggest challenges we face is to have enough people around us who can believe in our mission, who know us, like us, and can trust us with the solution we are bringing to the marketplace — it is going to work, and it will create the impact that we are claiming it to create. So if you’ve good communication skills — you can build your credibility and express your vision in clear concise terms, which make sense to even a 10th-grade child.

Startups are like a baby — you’ve given birth to an idea. Now you need to raise that baby until it becomes an adult.
That is equivalent to a self-sustaining, growing, and healthy business, which is generating tons of cash flow. You’ve to think like a parent. Parents give everything that they've got to raise a kid, they let go of their sleep, comfort, and finances. Similarly, in a startup world, you may have to push yourself to the boundaries that you may not even realize.
You’ve to do things which are totally new to you. You may have to learn accounting, marketing, and sales.

I talk to myself — I tell myself that I have surmounted so many challenges in my life. And yet here I am standing. So the answers lie within, what am I capable of?
What are my strengths? What am I good at? What kind of people have I surrounded myself with? Who can I reach out to for help? Do I reach within and find the answers that I'm looking for?
And I do this because over and over, life has taught me that answers are not out there. All the reality that exists and the results we see in our life. They originate from our minds, and the actions we take in the real world. Do you talk to yourself?

And I tell my clients as well — if you want to find success in life, care about the people around you because the more giving you are, the more helpful you are to people around you who depend on you, and look upon you as a leader.

Let me share a story about a startup founder who came from Fortune 500 and started a very innovative company. He was so successful in raising funds and building credibility that he lost the point of why he was doing this startup in the first place.
He forgot to focus on the customers. He was still thinking in the way that fortune 500 companies think — developing a huge range of products and partnering with large corporations which are like whales.
These whale clients move very slowly. So in two years, this founder blew away about $15 million in venture capital, and at the end of the day, had nothing to show for it.
