“Your natural state is one of abundance, success, creative fulfillment, excitement, energy and joy. You have unique gifts. When you use those gifts, you live a life of abundance and joy. When you don’t, you live a life of hard work and struggle.”
This is a quote from my guest Kara Bitar, Optimization Coach. Her story is a journey of searching for deep truth and inner happiness that can only be found by looking within. Kara left everything she strived for in her life behind in order to embark on this search and you will be surprised by how it all unfolded. The key was finding a methodology that would awaken and enliven that search through a process of healing and what she found at the end was her true worth and so much clarity. She now helps others on their own journeys towards their natural states of being with her self-created system for living an optimal life.

Today's Question: What If I Could Have It?
Each week we’ll ask a question of our subconscious mind by saying it consciously…with some context.
What would it feel like to just ask yourself for the changes you’d like to see? To start to think differently about things in your life you would like to change simply by asking yourself…a small question.
How it works: you ask a question that does not need to be answered in the moment.
Why it works: your brain does not know how to deny a question. It is designed to answer it. But by asking it in this way…it’s your subconscious mind that does the work for you. Ask and then just let it go. Your subconscious brain will do the work for you.

The fact that we don't talk about money openly amounts to more than just, perhaps an undesirable subject. It is complicated. But the reason it's complicated might surprise you. When we keep the subject of money taboo, we in turn keeping it as a tool of suppression and dominance over under-served communities. In this episode, my guest Virginia Baker-Woolf, a Mindful Money Coach, focuses her teachings towards women but I encourage anyone to listen with open ears in order to hear her message from a place of the connection you have with the women in your life and as a conscious world-citizen.
That said, the process of healing our relationships with money starts with ourselves. Virginia shares with us how this entry point of healing our relationship with money can have huge impact on all parts of our lives as a result. It can be hugely transformational, which opens up the potential to then impact our communities thereafter.

Do you KNOW what your core values are? And if you DO, do you know how you’re using them and applying them to your life and if you have a business or are even THINKING about having a business...do you know how to apply them there?
Today I do have a special guest with us who is an expert in personal branding, Suzanne Tulien. She shares with us how she uses core values in her process and so much more like how to create alignment and gain clarity around building a brand or just how to create alignment with our actions and how we show up in our lives and projects.

Do you have a story to tell? How about a message on your heart that is ready to be delivered? My guest today, founder of podcast company Earfluence, Jason Gilikin shares his why behind bringing the legacies forward of anyone willing to authentically share their story...their purpose through the power of podcasting.
I've said it before and I'll share with you again that the lack of barriers that come with podcasting allows us to be ourselves, to show others that who they are and their experiences are valid and deserve sharing and that there is room for our authentic message. Jason shares with us that the best way to get started is to just press play...and start. The rest will follow. But you HAVE to be bold and begin in order to make your next discovery and possibly help that person on the other side of the audio listening for answers.

What if you knew when you were going to die? Would you change the way you live? Would you make different choices that reflect the fact that you now KNOW your time is limited?
Author & Leadership Coach Eric Winters shares with us the hard, cold fact that our time is indeed, limited...whether we'd like to acknowledge that or not...it is, in actuality, the fact. Eric prompts us to acknowledge this truth so that we can start to embrace life today rather than waiting for that moment when our time is cut short with a death sentence or we wake up due to a traumatic experience. You have the power to make this decision NOW and live your most fulfilled life by getting clear on the reality that every single minute of life is a gift and worth our attention and gratitude.
