Think about how many people you see on an average day. Whether that person stands out to you or not. Regardless of whether you know them or you’ve seen them before. They could look like your average Joe or Joanne and you would never think twice about them. You wouldn’t question someone doing their job and thinking that they might have an ulterior motive behind what they do for a living. Let’s face it, there’s probably a 1% chance (okay if you’re into true crime then maybe like 5%) that you’ll look at someone and say to yourself "I wonder if that personis ever killed anybody".

Well this week we talk to you about a spineless human being who worked for Caltrans, tortured and murdered children and disposed of their bodies with the help of his job. Of course unbeknownst to his coworkers.

We know that listening to stories that involve child torture and slayings can be extremely difficult for some people, so please listen to this episode with caution! Discretion is always advised, but especially with this episode!
