Today's topics are quite the doozy. The Florida GOP wants to tackle ‘Cancel Culture’ by secretly recording professors, the BC government is focusing on vaccinating Whistler resort area for the upcoming tourism season even though we're still in a pandemic, people's rights are being violated in Minneapolis and parts of the area are under military occupation, media covering injustices and police brutality are being ushered to checkpoints where state patrol are taking pictures of every journalist’s credentials and face, the U.S. Government is tracking journalists and immigration advocates through a secret database, and Denmark is stripping Syrian refugees of their status claiming that parts of Syria are safe to go back to. There's a lot that's bothering me this week and today...

The Air Canada refunds are a good thing, and buying Canadian aircraft and expanding service to more Canadian communities are also good. However, with Air Canada worth only $7.19 billion and the Government of Canada giving them a loan of $5.9 billion, why not go a bit further and just nationalize the company already?

So it looks like the South African variant of the coronavirus may evade protection from the Pfizer vaccine according to an Israeli study. This then brings into question the other variants that currently exist, and new ones that will exist in the future due to our greed and irresponsibility. This pandemic is going to go on for years.
