Join me as I reflect on the race of all races, the Kona Ironman World Championships. It has been a few months since I found my way up the Red Carpet, and it was unreal to sit down and work my way through the race in story mode.

As highlighted, this is a Race Review, I tried to keep it factual and race related, I look forward to dropping part 2 were i unpack the Mental Health Journey, and dive deeper into some of the elements that made the great day as big as it was! 

The next part will also allow me space to answer any questions you have regarding Kona and/or my story. Really keen to motivate as many humans as possible to pursue their own Ironman journeys in 2025!
