  • 9.05 | Mixed Money Messages with Anna Felix

Host Meg McKeen welcomes Anna Felix to the podcast and together we chat about often complicated relationship women have with money. We explore the shift from a scarcity to abundance mindset - and the opening that can create for us in our decision-making and acknowledge the roots of beliefs around money often lie within our families. We talk about the avoidance approach to managing your money - not recommended! - and the peace that comes from knowing you have a plan.

    Meet Anna Felix

Anna Felix is a California native and Smart Money Strategist. When she became a widow in 2010 at age 42, she knew she needed to become more financially savvy. Anna’s search left her feeling that there had to be better information – so she decided to turn her pain into purpose, and today, in her words, she empowers her clients with financial strategies that will make them financially bulletproof.

As all of our situations are different, none of the information contained in this podcast episode is intended to be financial advice for you.

  • 9.03 | Love in Any Capacity with Cat Ferris

Host Meg McKeen welcomes Cat Ferris to the podcast - for the second time! Together we chat through the often complicated relationship we have with our body - especially as it changes with age. We talk about our beliefs about sexuality, taking ownership of our pleasure, and how even in relationship, we can feel lonely.

Today, Cat is a board-certified sexologist and the founder of Amory Wellness & Consulting. Her mission is to help individuals and couples deepen their connection with themselves, their sexuality, and their relationships. Cat’s approach focuses on three core areas: embodiment, sexuality, and relationships.
