This was the second episode we recorded rat day so everyone is well socially lubricated.  We talk store picks, neck pours, and how the bourbon community has changed

I taste through several JD BP bourbon picks I have on hand.  In addition to that I review a JD BP Rye sample I was sent.

I taste and pick a Jeppsons barrel of MGP from samples I brought home from the pick earlier in the week.  Also I give my bottom five MGP barrel picks.

Kris Hart is the host of Whiskey Neat on ESPN 97.5 in Houston.  He runs the Houston Bourbon events and has had many very interesting guests on his show.  We discuss some of these guests as well as our give and takes about how he comes off online.

I’m joined by Bourbonintagram aka Nick and regular Dan Peeper.  We pick a barrel of Driftless and talk a lot of shit.  Oh yea Justin Sharpee is there also and producer Beth.

I recorded live from the release event of the latest Knotter bourbon finished.  This episode is a little chopped I am solo for a bit and joined by Matt Blaum and Micheal Wenthe later in the recording.  At the end of the day a great time was had by all and 200 bottles were sold in a couple hours.
