It’s easy to access your most recent entry record online. Just go to the CBP’s I94 website shortly after you enter the United States. Here's where to find it: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home Then scroll down to GET MOST RECENT I94 and click on the box. Agree to the terms of service. Then Enter Your Travel Info exactly as it appears in your passport. 4 Rules to Establish a Tax-Free LLC in the United States Here are 4 rules for establishing your own tax-free limited liability company (or LLC) in the United States, according to US accountants and tax advisors with whom I work closely: 1. Your entity must be classified as a single-member LLC with only one owner; 2. The owner of your LLC must be a nonresident alien (or foreigner) A nonresident alien owner cannot be a US citizen or a permanent resident and cannot have stayed in the US long enough to pass the substantial presence test. 3. Your LLC must offer a service, not products, and you must offer those services to Americans from outside of the United States And by the way, if your business involves products stored or delivered via Amazon, your LLC likely will not qualify for tax-free status. 4.
