On Sunday, Sept. 21, Brigham City Pride in the Park was held at Horsley Park. This event had evolved through community input over the past several months to coordinate with state groups and and resources, including Mama Dragons, Dragon Dads, PFLAG, and other organizations that support efforts toward equality, acceptance and safety for members of the queer community. Organizers of this family-friendly event made sure to include activities suitable for all ages like making bracelets, tote bag, and buttons. Flag making was also an option.
