Leicester is famous for many things; it’s football club… cheese… OK that’s pretty much it. But what about HUMAN SACRIFICE? It sounds far-fetched and yet like much of ancient Britain the land was once ruled by pagans, many of whom practiced a druidic religion which may have involved human sacrifice. Some say it’s because of that ancient history that Leicester’s Humber Stone has come to be cursed.
