Women play equally important roles in the family: First, wives, then mothers. God has a plan for women in the family as well. His word teaches women about this plan.

Men have an important role in the family: First, husbands, then fathers. God has a plan for the man in his family. We learn what that is from His word.

God designed the family to fulfill His will for mankind on earth. In our first lesson, we see that God established His pattern for marriage from the beginning as the start of the family.

God has a book of names with eternal consequences. It is His Book of Life. Is your name written there?

How do we say “I love you” to God? How about our fellow man? We express our love through our words and our actions.

How does God say “I love you” to you and me? He expresses His love in ways that draw us closer to Him.

God calls His children to higher ground, but how do we follow His call? He gives us some practical guidance in His word.

The Bible describes God as a consuming fire. We may be tempted to draw back from a consuming fire, but God wants us the run to His fire for purification.

Sometimes, we may read the Bible in an impersonal way. But, God wants me to see myself in the Bible.
