Today we have my new friend Dr. Annie Fenn who teaches about living a brain healthy lifestyle and cooking with foods that nourish and protect the brain. We also are lucky to have Annie’s Colleague, Dr. Martha Stearn who is a cognitive health specialist, and founder and director of the St. John’s Cognitive Institute. Dr Stearn is also the creator of the Brain Works 6-week dementia prevention program.
