We talk about how Shrek shaped our lives and the group decides whether La La Land is a good movie or not. Spoiler alert: Paula and Zarah are definitely team La La Land eyes

Probably one of our most serious topics to date as we tackle our fears and vulnerabilities while dealing with the pressures of life. 

We initially had no itinerary and no structure to what we wanted to talk about until we decided, "HEY! Let's talk about our quarter life crises!". Yssa talks about what she's doing in Madrid which is a program called Auxillares de Conversacion so to anyone who's interested in uprooting their lives and moving to Madrid, listen to this episode to know more!! Paula talks about her big transition in life and tackling the fear of starting over again.   

We realized as well that the pressures of society do tend to get the best of us and looking at the bigger picture -- we are doing great, sweety.
