This is something that I really got intentional with over the past couple of years and has had a real impact on my ability to work with higher paying clients. :)

A terrific lesson in a most unlikely place.

Now before we go all crazy, our dog trainer didn't literally go out and help me get a client. So I don't want there to be any misunderstanding. :)

But what she did do was provide some insight on how both you and I can continue to ethically attract clients without being pushy or salesy.

And I'll speak for myself...I just wasn't expecting that from the dog trainer.

Everyone is busy and doesn't have a ton of time.

Great question and something that actually came to me over the weekend.

I wanted to share with you an experience I had recently that was a really tough lesson for me to have learn as a Coach, but is hopefully something you can take with you and potentially avoid this situation all together.

Now just so we're clear, I am 100% a Referral Man.

I love referrals.

I look for referrals.

I have processes in place for me to generate and produce more referrals.

But for me, there's a truth about referrals, that when you think about it, will probably dramatically change the way you think about and go about getting more referrals going forward.
