In this episode, I share my personal story of moving across the country and all the challenges I have faced during this major transition. I value authenticity, so I'm sharing my story (tears included 😢), because it's important for everyone to know that we're never alone. Listen to learn how I've adapted to a new life, and how you can heal, ground yourself, and adapt to anything.

My truth: I thought that moving across the country with my boyfriend would solve all my problems... I thought that my emotions would suddenly align and all my worries would melt away. But my problems weren't magically solved and my emotions got even more out of control. It was as if everything I had held onto for years came crashing down onto me, like a huge tidal wave of grief, discomfort, and pure insecurity. [deep sigh] 🌊

And on top of this tidal wave of emotions, I still had to show up and be present as an entrepreneur and graphic designer. This wasn't easy, to say the least. That's why I'd love to share my experience of adapting to change as a business owner and as a human. Thankfully, I have some powerful questions and techniques that have helped me feel grounded during this move.

We are resilient and we have the capability of living any life we want. Challenges, insecurities, and discomfort are sometimes the necessary steps to discovering the magick of it all. ✨
