The first step, the stuff that a lot of people neglect, is training our minds and preparing ourselves to be successful. Much of it is that we have limiting beliefs that we can’t achieve these goals, so we set goals that are really low, or we set those high goals but our self talk constantly reminds us that we aren’t good enough, we aren’t smart enough and we WILL fail. Understanding what affirmations are and how you can use them to control your mind and motivation is a key to high performing. Some of the most successful people have affirmations a part of their daily routine. Take a listen, and work on your affirmations, because you are worth it!

Branding with(out) intention, is well, just branding...which is a waste of time and money while you wait for something to "stick". If your brand has a focus it will be way more efficient and effective. It is much simpler than you think to get intentional with your branding - I break it down in three steps - Defining your ICA, creating your marketing message based on your ICA's profile and determining which distribution channel your message should be on.
