SE0: Search Engine Optimization - Sounds so techie (and so overwhelming) ! I always felt SEO was something only a web designer could do, but it is not nearly  as complicated as it sounds. I had my own questions about SEO and how to drive more traffic to our company, team and listings, and I figured I might as well interview an expert in the field so you could learn along with me. JD does a tremendous job in this episode making it easy for us Realtors to understand SEO. And on top of understanding what SEO is, he gives concrete examples of how you can improve your SEO right now. The key word is YOU! I think we (well I know I am speaking for myself) are so intimated by the concept of SEO that we pay someone TONS of money because we don't understand it. By understanding SEO a bit more you could either do it yourself, or possibly pay someone less than what you are paying now or have been quoted. HINT: it is all about consistent (valuable) content.  Listen in for a full hour of great information!

I focus on the hardware, preferred apps and software, All to make your life easier and to help improve your branding, marketing and efficiency as a real estate professional. I know it doesn’t sound super exciting, but I promise there is some really good information in there to help you figure out what techie things you need to produce good video, good photographs, to work more efficiently, to be your own graphic designer if you wish, just a whole bunch of stuff for you to pick and choose what works for you. If you put a bad product out there while you are “testing” the waters as a real estate professional, you run the risk of not only getting a bad review, but tarnishing your entire reputation.
