As an expert in physical therapy, she speaks all over the country on the topic of health and longevity attracting customers from stay at home moms to Hollywood actors and Olympic athletes. As a self-proclaimed “mover”, Jen has spent more than 2/3 of her life upside down helping herself and those who are willing learn to listen to their body, reverse aging, eliminate pain and do the things they never thought possible.

She emphasizes how she started sharing mobility workouts on social media to simply help people without the intention of growing a huge following or a brand and how when it did grow rapidly, she felt insecure about showing up as she did when it was just family and friends following her.  

Finally, Jen speaks her truth vulberably and opens up about a very painful experience of infidelity from a long-time partner. She talks about how it is so important to share stories like this because there is no shame and it has to be shared so others can find the courage in themselves to share their truth.

 In this episode,  Shannon Confair, a branding strategist and photographer, spoke about how she found the courage to leave an emotionally abusive marriage of 15 years. 

We touched upon how she was able to pull herself out of a suicidal period in her life. She listed the signs of an emotionally abusive relationship, practical ways of how to deal with it,  the #1 thing you neeed to do if you are currently in an abusive relationship and most importanly, how to fiunction when it feels impossible. 

Shannon addressed the issue of how her faith and her church failed her during the process of separation and divorce. 

This is a real and raw conversation that absolutely defined being bravely visible.
