Today I’m talking to the fabulous Karen Webber. She is a marketing coach, trainer and strategist at Goodness Marketing. Karen helps small businesses with big hearts do marketing that feels good, does good and gets good results. She is also part of the team behind the ethical move, creating a movement around ethical marketing.

Today I’m talking to the delightful Rachel Keighley. She is the host of the Over The Rainbow Podcast, which is dedicated to queer education and queer representation. She is a PhD student at the University of Leicester specialising in LGBTQ+ online hate and has recently started the international book club, Reading the Rainbow.

Rachel tells us what inspired her to start her own podcast and what led her to dedicating an entire PhD to studying LGBTQ+ online hate. She shares with us her own coming out story, and gives some great practical tips on how to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.

Today I’m talking to the wonderful Anna Mould. She is a mental health nurse, and author of the book Green Pigs and Me, which is a collection of letters to her younger self written during lockdown. In the book she looks back at key events in her life with kindness and gratitude, giving her younger self the hope and guidance she needed 15 years ago.
In this conversation from the heart Anna shares her experience of people pleasing, navigating family life and boundaries as well as of writing her first book. She also gives us a nurse's insight into dementia and what we can do to become a more dementia friendly society.
