  • #5 - What is your Business

As I'm throwing myself into learning more about podcasting, equipment A/V/L I remember a saying I was told long ago, "What is your Business?" In this episode I explore the thought, and how it pertains to military, Navy especially, members during, leading up to and after retirement. What do we do to prepare ourselves for our business and are we ready to make the business change when confronted with years like 2020. Thanks for checking it out.

  • #4 - Trolling Gone Bad
In this episode we take it back to October when the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force called out an E5 for trolling her on FB. Besides that, we talk about our own social media interaction and how we can leverage it as tool of positivity in connecting with the next generation of service member. The conversation even dips into some mental health, the use of platforms in seeking help and telling their story. Also, the use of social media to verification of oneself. I was joined by Chad once again, and a long time friend from HS. We both joined in 2004, her the Air Force and myself the Navy, she's now currently in the AF Reserves.

  • #3 - Leading in Public
Joined by my good friends Charlie and Chad, we discuss Leaders on social media and how we conduct ourselves. We dive into how we see others conducting themselves, the right and wrongs of self conduct on social media and how we ourselves may be perceived. It's a real doozy, but also very relevant in today's society and military. Hope you enjoy!
