Even though it’s already January, it’s not too late to plan for the year. Historically I have created my goals through categories like:

• Business / Money
• Personal Development / Spiritual Development
• Health
• Family / Relationships
• Physical Environment
• Fun

I have used the SMART guidelines for each goal. 

 Last year I created a mind map powerpoint video which I played over and over throughout the year.  

This year is different. I want to do some of the same things that work, however I want to do things differently. I want to dig deeper into what I want and craft my goals around me.

Listen to the episode as I explore how to plan differently for 2022.

The framework for my goals this year:

• What do I want?
• Who do I want to serve?
• How do I want to work?
• What do I want to sell?
• Who do I want to collaborate or partner with?
• Where do I want to stretch myself?
• Where do I want to cut back?
• What do I want to learn?
