Dr. Cutler is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and Dr. Scargle is the Chief Psychiatrist at Concord Health in Clearwater, Florida.
