This past year of doing everything at home has taught me many lessons. Like the fact that I can still get a great freaking workout at the convenience of in my own home. It has opened my eyes to a variety of amazing workouts and fitness trainers like Sarah. I used to think I needed a fancy studio to get a good sweat on or feel motivated but now that is far from the truth.
