Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed a “heartbeat bill” on Tuesday. The bill bans abortions in the state once a fetal heartbeat can be detected, which can be as early as six weeks. Georgia is one of several states in the U.S. that has attempted to pass this bill. Is this a potential indicator that Roe v. Wade is in danger of being overturned?
