  • Use visualization and physical embodiment to imprint new neural patterns
  • Speak, move, and act from the presence of your Highest Self
  • Create rituals that reinforce your desired state
  • Leverage the “afterglow day” following a microdose for powerful pattern planting

We’ll also talk about the essential role of regulation—because new patterns can’t take root in a dysregulated system.
