A TEAM. 

And not just ANY team, a team of like minded individuals who share the same values, the same vision & the same mission all working towards ONE similar goal.

Now that I've got your attention with the title...

This topic really gets under my skin! Part of it is because I'm so passionate about entrepreneurship and the American dream, the other piece of it, is that I don't like franchises who could give a rat's ass about their franchisees. 

This topic came up in a call with a client of mine recently & it got me so heated that I just had to make a rant podcast about.

The fact that F45 continues to saturate markets world wide with no regard for their franchisees and the livelihood of their businesses is the most frustrating thing EVER!

On today's episode I share a story from a client of mine who I had a conversation with last week when they were struggling with the ups and downs of building a team.

I mentioned to them that business ownership is like flying spirit airlines before you get to fly first class.

Sometimes you have to go through the crappy seats, hidden fees, no snacks & no wifi before you can get served wine & cheese with a fluffy blanket and pillow!
