No more getting cancelled, time for something different and it's a grass track workout amid the cold wind (which does make the recording sound a little more rustic than normal this time) and sleety snow.
This session is 5 x 600m at 5k pace then 400m at a quicker pace. We start the reps every 3 minutes which means that the amount of rest you get depends on how fast you run the reps AND that you get more rest after the 400m than the 600m, so you can give the shorter reps a good crack!

Warm up starts at about 10 minutes
