For more on this lesson: linktr.ee/breslovtherapy_lesson_24
Achieving balance in life, using the analogy of a candle where the wick represents physicality, the oil symbolizes mitzvot, and the flame reflects joy and spiritual growth. Life’s challenges strengthen the vessel needed to sustain spiritual light, connecting the physical and spiritual worlds. The importance of settling the mind, likening it to the Keter (crown) as a curtain (Prisa) that organizes the intellect, allowing access to divine clarity. Perseverance through setbacks, embracing joy, and using challenges as stepping stones for growth while emphasizing Torah study and mitzvot as vital connections to Hashem, even in difficult times, to prepare for redemption.
