In this episode of Brewstilled we’re entering week 4 of exploring the Parallel Gridiron, the keeper of alternate NFL realities. For this edition, we’re exploring a world in where Tom Brady teams up with Andy Reid in Kansas City. This timeline was once somewhat possible as Tom Brady could have been traded to Kansas City. If that occurred, Andy Reid would have likely followed a couple of seasons later. Yet, in Parallel Gridiron, this world does exist and we’re going to explore it to see just what might have been possible. A Hazy IPA from Kros Strain Brewing is on tap for the beer pairing.

In this episode of Brewstilled, I’ll be recapping episode 3 of Apple TV’s Smoke. In episode 3 we learned more about Michelle and Dave who each face their own dark side. For a detective show that’s different from others we’re not seeing a crime mystery. Instead, we’re seeing a mystery involving human behavior. For the theme of episode 3 of Smoke from Apple TV, the theme was dead ends. I’ll recap the episode here on Brewstilled with a Hazy IPA from Great Notion Brewing as the beer pairing.

In this episode of Brewstilled, we’re continuing our journey into the Parallel Gridiron as we’ll be exploring a world in where Pete Carrol made a different call in Super Bowl 49. In this alternate timeline Pete Caroll’s call alters not only the outcome of Super Bowl 49, but it also triggers an alternate NFL timeline found only in the Parallel Gridiron. Let’s explore this alternate NFL World with a West Coast IPA from Charles Towne Fermentory as the beer pairing.

In this episode of Brewstilled I’ll be recapping Apple TV’s Smoke episodes 1&2. Apple TV’s Smoke is a complex crime drama in where a troubled Detective and a mysterious Arson Investigator work together to solve a complex arson mystery. This is also a show about how people feel confined in their own lives and the solutions they find when they’re in such a situation. Apple TV’s Smoke gives us not only an excellent crime drama, but a showcase of human behavior. I’ll be discussing episodes 1&2 along with the series going forward. A West Coast IPA from Lucky Luke Brewing is on tap for the beer pairing.

In the NFL the Dallas Cowboys are seen as a marquee franchise with an extensive history in the NFL. They achieved glory in the 1970’s and became a dynasty in the 90’s. Yet for the 1980’s the decade in between the Cowboys fell off and the decade ended with the firing of legendary Dallas Cowboys head coach Tom Landry. Yet, in the Parallel Gridiron there is a world in where the Cowboys dynasty assembled in the 80’s instead of the 90’s. In this edition of Brewstilled we’ll explore that unique alternate NFL reality that alters not only the Dallas Cowboys, but the NFL as well. A Lager from Threes Brewing is on tap for the beer pairing.

For this edition of Brewstilled, we begin our journey into the Parallel Gridiron as we’ll be exploring 5 alternate NFL realities in the NFL’s multiverse. In this week’s episode, we’ll be exploring a parallel NFL world in where the Green Bay Packers lost the Ice Bowl to the Dallas Cowboys. What happens next is a unique alternate NFL reality that spirals into a war between the NFL and AFL who in this timeline have yet to merge. Could have such an NFL alternate timeline been possible? I’ll be discussing this alternate NFL timeline with an IPA from Pure Project Brewing as the beer pairing.

In this preview, we’re getting ready to go on an interstellar journey. With the NFL now in its dead period, it’s time to go back into deep space to explore the NFL’s Multiverse also known as the Parallel Gridiron. For 5 weeks, we’ll be exploring 5 unique alternate NFL realities simply by asking the question of what if? These 5 unique alternate realities will have their own teams and players in focus and of course there will be a unique beer pairing for each alternate NFL timeline we’ll be exploring. These timelines will each show us their own unique alternate NFL reality in where events turned out differently than they did in our timeline. So, join me in this preview as we prepare for a 5-week journey back into the Parallel Gridiron.

In this edition of Brewstilled, I’ll be discussing NFL storylines that I have been contemplating in the month of June. These storylines are for the House of the Lombardi teams and how they could impact the 2025 NFL season. For the Dallas Cowboys, is Brian Schottenheimer the right coach for them? For the Detroit Lions, how will Dan Campbell navigate a post Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn season? Can Detroit also make it back to the NFC title game and even beyond? Is Liam Coen the right coach for Trevor Lawrence? For the Ravens, what’s next for them? I’ll discuss this and more here on Brewstilled as the NFL approaches its dead period. A Pilsner from Jackrabbit Brewing is on tap for the beer pairing.

In this episode of Brewstilled, I’ll be recapping the Season 4 finale of Hacks from HBO MAX. for some recent good news Hack has been renewed for a 5th season, which means that Deborahs and Ava’s journey will continue beyond season 4. For the season 4 finale, we saw Deborah and Ava deal with the aftermath of the events from the end of episode 9. In the season 4 finale they embarked on an escape away from the world they once inhabited in where some soul searching was conducted. It also showed us what could await Deborah and Ava when season 5 comes. I’ll discuss here on Brewstilled with a coffee from Deathwish Coffee Co. as the drink pairing.

In this edition of Brewstilled, I’m recapping episode 9 for Hacks season 4 from HBO. For the pentupulate for the series, episode 9 showed a preview of what may come for Deborah and Ava along with Jimmy and Kayla. This was an episode that showed where our characters stand before their journey ends and a final challenge that Deborah and Ava might face that could alter their destiny. I’ll be discussing here on Brewstilled with coffee from Philz coffee as the beer pairing.
