Today our guest is our friend Brian Liu.
Just for a little of context. Andrew, Lee, and I are in this group chat called 6-pack Global Challenge. There’s about 50 friends in this group chat, age range 30’s to 50’s, living all over the world.
As the title of the group chat says - we’re all working towards a six pack. But really it’s a community where we share exercise, diet, and health knowledge with each other and hold each other accountable.
Brian’s perspective and health journey is quite unique. His wife Audrey recently crossed the 5 year mark of being in remission after her cancer diagnosis in 2018. Through this life-altering experience, he’s gained a deep knowledge on diet and inflammation.
What’s more is that he’s been tracking everything about his lifestyle in an excel sheet since the cancer 5 years ago. A detailed food journal, including the amount of daily water intake, coffee, alcohol, sleep, exercise. He’s quantified things everywhere he can, qualified everywhere else, and has monitored all the patterns.
Obviously, this impressed the hell out of all of us in the group. And we wanted to learn more.
